JEP Mobiliari does not use behavioral advertising cookies or social media pixels.

The shopping cart and the cookie decision are not stored in cookies but in the browser's local storage, under the keys syncra-cart, syncra-auth and jep.cookie-consent. This information stays on the user's device, is required for the website to work, and can be removed by clearing the site data from the browser.

Analytics cookies (prior authorization required)
This website uses Microsoft Clarity, an audience analytics tool provided by Microsoft Corporation. Clarity measures how the website is used and produces heatmaps and session recordings (cursor movement, scrolling, clicks and pages visited), in order to detect usability problems and improve the shopping experience.

International data transfer: Microsoft Corporation is a company domiciled in the United States of America and processes the information collected by Clarity on servers located outside Colombia. By authorizing these cookies, the user authorizes that international transfer under article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012.
Withdrawal: the user may withdraw this authorization at any time through the “Cookie preferences” option available in the footer of every page of the website, or by clearing the site data from the browser. Once withdrawn, the tool stops loading and the analytics cookies are removed from the device.
3. Third-party cookies
When you make a payment through Wompi (Bancolombia payment gateway), you are redirected to the Wompi platform, which may use its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy. JEP Mobiliari has no control over cookies set by third-party sites.
The only analytics tool integrated in this website is Microsoft Clarity, described in section 2, and it is loaded only with the user's prior authorization. This website does not integrate social media pixels or behavioral advertising tools. Any analytics or advertising tool added in the future will equally require prior authorization and will be disclosed in this policy before being activated.
4. Cookie security
Session and authentication cookies used by JEP Mobiliari are configured with HttpOnly and Secure attributes. This means:
- HttpOnly: Not accessible from browser JavaScript, protecting against XSS (Cross-Site Scripting) attacks.
- Secure: Transmitted only over encrypted HTTPS connections.
