Coverage and rates
JEP Mobiliari ships nationwide across Colombia at a fixed rate based on product type. You can also pick up your order for free at our Acopi (Yumbo) store.

Some products are made to order, so they take a little longer to arrive than stocked items. Shipping cost does not change in those cases: it is still the rate for its type. The lead time that applies to each product is shown on its page, next to the buy button.
If your order combines chairs and desks, the shipping cost is the sum of each type (for example, one chair and one desk: COP $90,000). Delivery times are calculated from dispatch confirmation, not from payment. Once payment is confirmed, JEP Mobiliari will verify stock availability and communicate the estimated dispatch date within a maximum of 2 business days. If the purchase is made on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, that period starts counting from the next business day.
Delivery conditions
- An adult must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.
- The recipient must sign the transport document upon delivery.
- Mandatory inspection: Before signing, inspect the packaging. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier document and reported to servicioalcliente@jepmobiliari.com within 24 hours with photographs.
Failed deliveries
If no one is home, the carrier will make up to two (2) additional delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the order returns to our warehouse and the customer must cover re-shipping costs.
Address changes
Address changes requested while the order is in transit may incur additional charges. Contact us as soon as possible at servicioalcliente@jepmobiliari.com if you need to update the delivery address.
Peak demand seasons
During high-demand periods (tax-free days, Black Friday, year-end) delivery times may be extended. We will notify you if your order is affected.
Force majeure
JEP Mobiliari is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control: road closures, strikes, weather events, or public order situations.
